Join us at Dr. Shel Wellness & Aesthetic Center on Saturday, September 24th from 9:30 – 11:30AM for a very special Yoga & Meditation Workshop to help you relieve stress and begin the detoxification process.This workshop will blend specific yoga, meditation and breathing practices for detoxifying the body. Much of the yoga practiced in this workshop will be guided to encourage a meditative and internal focus, and some poses will be held for longer periods so that their detoxifying benefits can be optimized.Registration includes Dr. Shel’s 14 Day Detox Kit ($178 value) and a two hour guided detox yoga and mediation workshop by Certified Yoga Instructor and International Metaphysical Practitioner, Aida Askarynasab Msd.D. Attendees bring their own yoga mats.Space is very limited!
